– 2 kg potatoes;
– 6 thick carrots;
– 1 chicken fillet;
– 100 g corn flakes;
– 2 eggs;
– 2 spoons flour;
– universal seasoning;
– 2 tomatoes;
– 4 black olives;
– mayonnaise or your favorite sauce;
– baking oil or olive oil.
At first prepare the decorations. Cut the tomatoes in 2 pieces and place them on plates. Cut a small hole on the top of each tomato and place the olives in the holes.
The carrots have to be sliced in thin slices. Cut their sides even and place them tightly next to each other. By using a sharp knife cut out the ornament, that you prefer. Place a moist cloth over the carrots, so that they don’t dry out while you cook the meat and potatoes.
Prepare the potatoes in the form of pyramids. Put them to bake in a pan with heated oil. Don’t forget to stir the potatoes, so that they don’t get burned. While the potatoes are baking, mix the eggs with flour and seasoning. Continue mixing until you get an even substance similar to mayonnaise. Cut the fillet in 2 parts and roll them in the egg substance, then place them on a pan with heated oil. Bake them up to 10 minutes approximately by changing sides after a while. The heating intensity can be reduced after the first minutes. The total heating time depends on the thickness of the fillet and on the heating temperature. You can check, if the middle is baked by making a small cut, which won’t be visible at the end. When the fillet pieces are ready, roll them in the eggs for one more time and afterwards roll them in a plate of corn flakes. Put them to bake in a heated oil one more time – only for a little while until the flakes become golden brown. At the same time the potatoes should be ready. Serve the crunchy chicken and potatoes hot and add some mayo snow to the potato hills.
