Julien within tomatoes

– 1 chicken fillet;
– 200 g mushrooms;
– 1 onion;
– 200 ml cream (10%);
– 1 egg;
– 1 spoon flour;
– 4 average to big tomatoes;
– 50 g your favorite melting cheese;
– spices and baking oil.
Chop the onion in small pieces and bake it in a pan with heated oil. Add chopped mushrooms and chicken fillet, cut in small squares. Don’t overbake the fillet – it should stay juicy.
On a separate pan add a drop of oil and bake the flour until it gets a slightly brownish color. Add the cream, stirr it and heat temperately until it becomes thicker. Add spices according to your taste.
Mix the egg in a bown and add the cream sauce.
Prepare the tomatoes by cutting out their middle part. Place them on a dripping-pan and insert the baked mushrooms with meat inside the tomatoes. Then pour the cream sauce on the top. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then cover the tomatoes with grinded cheese and bake them for 5 more minutes.
Decorate with chives just before serving.
